SALIENT FEATURES:
  • The above-ground mechanism is fabricated from welded steel plates and sections for strength, and hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance.
  • A chain and quadrant mechanism of the pump handle provides easy and accurate alignment of the connecting rod.

SALIENT FEATURES:
  • 125 mm stroke length of the handle provides a good water discharge with the cylinder installed in the range of the 15 m to 50 m below-ground level.
  • The water tank assembly has the appropriate coupler to suit 65 mm or 50 mm NB Gl riser pipes. A special cone plate with rubber cone is available for installation of uPVC riser pipes. The cone plate and cone can also be used to reduce stresses on the Gl riser pipe joint to the water tank.

SALIENT FEATURES:
  • In addition to all the salient features of India Mark II, this model incorporates a longer and heavier handle with a “T” Bar arrangement and counter weights to balance the weight of the connecting rods at different depths. This heavier handle can be avoided when using FGP connecting rods.
This model is recommended for use upto 90 m depth. The number of counter weights can be varied depending upon the depth of installation.

  • 100 mm stroke length of the handle provides a water discharge of 15 liters per minute per 40 strokes with an installation depth range of the cylinder between 45 m to 90 m below ground level.
  • Suitable for preventive maintenance with simple tools by users.
  • The standard pump is supplied with a telescopic stand.

N6 is a cast iron suction pump, capable of drawing water from shallow depths by creating a partial vacuum in the suction pipe depending as they do on at atmospheric pressure to drive water up to the surface. The pump use is restricted to regions with water table no more than seven(7) meters below the surface. Millions of pump are in regular use in the Asian countries. A submersible pump is a unit combining a pump and a motor to an enclosed unit, suitable for submerged installation.

There are two types of submerged pumps:
  • A submerged pump type with a submersible motor.
  • A submerged pump with a dry motor, which is connected to the pump by a long shaft.
These pumps are normally used for supply of fresh water for drinking, irrigation, and various industrial applications.

Submersible pump versions
The pump comes in both a single-stage and a multi-stage version (the multistage version being the most common one).
The submersible pump may be connected to a riser pipes with a non-return valve, or it can also be installed connected with a flexible hose or other arrangements.
The pumps are specially designed to be submerged in a liquid and are often fitted with a submersible motor which is hermetically sealed.
Motor and pump are connected with a coupling, from the pump shaft to the motor shaft.
Power to the motor is fed through one or more flexible watertight cable.
